These terms govern your use of the Kyle Milner, CPA website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

No CPA-Client Relationship
Visiting the website, sending an inquiry, scheduling an introductory call, or exchanging preliminary communications does not create a CPA-client relationship. A CPA-client relationship begins only after Kyle Milner, CPA and the client sign an engagement letter defining the services to be provided.
Public Communications Are Not a Secure Client Portal
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank information, tax documents, tax notices, W-2s, 1099s, or other confidential records through the public inquiry form or ordinary email. If records are needed, the firm will provide instructions for using an appropriate secure process.
Services, Scope, and Pricing
Descriptions of services, package features, response expectations, and pricing ranges are general information and are not an offer or engagement agreement. Availability, scope, timing, fees, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing for each engagement. Additional or different facts may require a revised scope or fee.
No Guarantee of Results
Examples, planning observations, testimonials, and descriptions of prior work do not guarantee a particular tax result, refund, savings amount, response time, or outcome. Results depend on the client's facts, records, cooperation, deadlines, applicable law, and governmental processing.
Permitted Use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit false information, access nonpublic systems, or use website content in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by Kyle Milner, CPA or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable excerpts for personal reference. Republishing, selling, or materially modifying website content requires prior written permission.
